What’s great and what’s not
Delicious breakfast every morning! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay.
Occasional noise from nearby pubs could disrupt the peace. The room size felt cramped for a family.

Comfortable rooms with a clean, modern bathroom. The breakfast spread offered a decent variety, which serves up a solid start to your day exploring the area.
Some peculiar issues—like the lack of an iron for clothes and a strange smell from the bathroom. The shower lighting could use improvement, and even though the balcony door was a little puzzling when it came to its opening mechanism, it was still a humorous incident. Dining options could be better. the chicken in my salad was off-putting, ruining an otherwise good meal.

The hotel was great for our family trip! Breakfast had a fantastic variety every morning. We loved that it was a short walk to places like the Bosphorus and Topkapi Palace. The staff was incredibly welcoming and spoke great English, making our stay very enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would be great.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to many attractions and tram stations. Staff members are genuinely attentive, as seen when one even provided immediate care after a minor injury. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of regional dishes, setting a perfect tone for the day. However, the room felt a bit cramped, and street noise at night was a bit disruptive. Also, the bathroom had minor maintenance issues that could benefit from attention.
